Our Advanced Strength Training Program is meticulously structured to ensure you experience continuous progress and never hit a plateau.

Over the course of 52 weeks, you'll engage in workouts that cycle between 20 and 30 minutes, providing a dynamic and effective approach to building strength and endurance.

The program is divided into 24 rounds, each comprising 2-week segments that keep things fresh and challenging. For instance:

  • Week 1: Focus on 20-minute workouts designed to build your foundational strength and stamina.

  • Week 2: Elevate the intensity with 30-minute sessions to push your limits and promote muscle growth.

  • Week 3: Return to 20-minute workouts, honing in on technique and increasing your efficiency.

What equipment do I need?

Our program is designed to be flexible and accommodating! We recommend 1 light, 1 medium, and 1 heavy set of dumbbells. For example: 5lb, 10lb, and 20lb.
