While most of our community is comprised of MD/DO participants the answer is Yes! Through direct referrals, we do accept non MD/DO who align closely with the goals and values of our Transform® program. Maintaining a safe, supportive, and professional container is our number one priority, ensuring that every member feels comfortable and confident in this transformative space. We do find that diversity adds to our community.

But my story didn't stop there. Through a commitment to sustainable, joyful practices, I transformed my health, shedding those 60 pounds and maintaining my progress for over 22 years.
This personal experience has given me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional hurdles that many women face. It's why I approach health from a new perspective, one that combines my medical expertise with real-world strategies that actually work.
As a former Division 1 athlete, as well as a nutrition and exercise strategist, I know how to design fitness and nutrition plans that are effective and enjoyable.
My philosophy centers on honoring your authentic self, breaking free from diet culture, and embracing sustainable practices that promote long-term health.
I believe that health is about more than just physical transformation. It's about building confidence, finding joy, and rewriting your story.
