Stephanie Byerly, MD is an academic anesthesiologist, Certified Life Coach, and published author. She helps women physicians take back control of their lives. Having worked in the medical profession for 30 years, she knows first-hand the burden that women face as they navigate the challenges of working in a demanding, competitive and patriarchal field. She wants them to rekindle their feelings of joy and fulfillment in both their personal and professional life so that they don’t have to leave medicine. Katie Jobbins, DO, MS, FACP is an Associate Program Director in the Internal Medicine Department and Assistant Professor at UMMS-Baystate in Springfield, MA. Dr. Jobbins received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science from Syracuse University and her Masters in Science from Case Western Reserve University in Nutrition and Metabolism. She attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated in 2010. In her current role as Associate Program Director in the UMMS-Baystate Department of Internal Medicine, Dr. Jobbins serves as the director of the resident self-reflection, wellness, and ambulatory quality improvement curriculums, co-director of the humanities track, and director of the Chief Resident leadership curriculum for the health system. Dr. Jobbins is a certified Life Coach in the Mind Firm Method through the Coach Firm. Jennifer Markoff: I am a mother, teacher, certified Life Coach and co-founder of The Coach Firm. Long, long ago I graduated from Brigham Young University in English and Secondary Education. I taught high school in the DC metro area for three years before deciding to focus on building our family’s business, Camp Calleva. For three decades we have worked to foster individual worth and confidence in kids and teens of all ages through outdoor education and experiences. In 2018, I certified as a Life Coach from the Life Coach School and have been going strong ever since. I am a people person and teacher at heart so coaching feels like second nature to me. I have a special affinity for coaching on relationships, self-confidence and deep-dive emotions work. In January 2021, I merged my passion for education and coaching by co-founding, The Coach Firm, where we specialize in certifying both new and seasoned life coaches in our signature program, The Mind Firm Method. This new venture has proved to be the best of both worlds and I absolutely love what I do. Daisy Ramírez-Estrada, MD. I am a family medicine physician and a life coach. I coach women physicians on how to find work-life balance and live their best life. Ashley Sandeen, DO is a Pediatric Intensivist, Associate Professor of Pediatrics, and Pediatric Residency Associate Program Director in South Dakota. She is a wife and mother to 2 wonderful boys. Bridget Godwin, MD is a pediatric gastroenterologist and certified life coach with additional training in integrative medicine, nutrition, and contemplative studies.
